Notice of Price Increase for Boarding Reservations Starting March 1, 2021
During the past year Red Bluff Pet Resort has seen a substantial increase in the cost of supplies and operating expenses. After carefully reviewing these increases, we want to inform you of the necessary forthcoming price increase for boarding reservations and give you adequate notice to incorporate this change accordingly.
There will be a base price increase of $4 per room for all dog and cat accommodations for reservations starting on and after March 1, 2021. The second and third dog in the same enclosure will still get a 25% and 50% discount respectively. Extended stay guests of 14 nights or more will also still get 10% off the nightly rate. This price increase allows us to cover our increasing expenses while still remaining competitive for the services we offer.
Please be assured we have made every effort to keep this increase to a minimum, as evident in the fact that it has been almost 10 years since our last boarding price increase. Reservations starting before March 1, 2021, will still receive current pricing. As always, we are committed to providing the same high level of care and service you are accustomed to. NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL ITEMS FOR BOARDING PETS
Please note that our policy regarding personal items has changed due to sanitation procedures and limited storage. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated so we can make your pet's stay as enjoyable as possible.
One blanket, towel or t-shirt per pet
Up to 3 toys per pet
Leash and collar
Owner's food, preferably in small bags labeled for each feeding
Large crates and crates that obstruct the view of the pet
Other items as deemed inappropriate by management
All machine washable items will be laundered the afternoon prior to your pet's departure. Please don't leave items that you don't want laundered as they may get soiled during your pet's stay. All dog enclosures come standard with a raised bed or kennel mat for your pet's comfort.
ATTENTION GROOMING CUSTOMERS
In order to help us minimize financial loss, we kindly ask that if you can’t make your grooming appointment that you call and cancel before your scheduled appointment time. A $25 fee will be charged to all clients who don’t show up for their appointment and don’t call and cancel or reschedule.
In addition, if you are running late for your appointment please call us and let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time your pet will be rescheduled for another available time.
