Due to sanitation procedures and limited storage, the following items are approved for your pet's boarding or day care stay. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated so we can make your pet's stay as enjoyable as possible.

Accepted Dog Belongings:
Food: Pre-bagged owner's food (no large bags or containers)

Treats: Two types of treats (no rawhides)

Bedding: One blanket, towel or t-shirt per pet (no beds are allowed; all guests are provided a raised Kuranda bed)
Toys: Up to 3 toys per pet (no tennis balls)
Medication: bring in prescription or original bottle with name and instructions clearly labeled

Bedding: Owner's cage and one blanket, towel or t-shirt (depending on space available)

Toys: Up to 3 toys per pet

Medication: bring in prescription or original bottle with name and instructions clearly labeled

Food: Pre-bagged owner's food (owners must provide; no large bags or containers)

Treats: Two types of treats

Bedding: Owner must provide cage and bedding

Toys: Up to 3 toys per pet

Medication: bring in prescription or original bottle with name and instructions clearly labeled

Dog/cat beds or oversized comforters
Food bowls

Large food bags or containers
Large crates and crates that obstruct the view of the pet

Glass or ceramic containers of any kind
Extra toys or oversized toys

Tennis balls

Rawhide

Rugs

Large furniture items
Other items as deemed inappropriate by management

 

All machine washable items will be laundered the afternoon prior to your pet's departure. Please don't leave items that you don't want laundered as they may get soiled during your pet's stay. All dog enclosures come standard with a raised bed or fleece kennel mat for your pet's comfort.
