Red Bluff Pet Resort offers professionally trained and experienced dog and cat groomers.

We go by appointment for grooming services. We offer full service grooming Monday through Saturday.

Whether your pet needs a bath, a nail trim or even a show-quality trim, our professionally trained and caring staff will be glad to take care of all their grooming needs. We offer a relaxed and comfortable environment, convenient scheduling, high quality shampoos with odor control and hand scissored finishes.

If you’re booking these services in conjunction with day care or lodging, please make the grooming reservation in advance as well to ensure your spot on the schedule. Services requested at drop-off may not be available. Grooming services for boarding pets are done on the morning of their departure. If you would like it done on a different day or decide to pick your pet up early please let our front desk staff know so we can adjust your grooming appointment.

NO SHOW/CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

In order to help us minimize financial loss, we kindly ask that if you can’t make your grooming appointment that you call and cancel AT LEAST 4 HOURS before your scheduled appointment time so that we can rebook that time slot. A $25 fee will be charged to all clients who don’t show up for their appointment and don’t call and cancel at least 4 hours in advance.

In addition, if you are running late for your appointment please call us and let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time your pet will be rescheduled for another available time.

Thank you for your cooperation and courtesy in making sure our grooming department functions as effectively and efficiently as possible.

GROOMING HOUSING FEE

Our first priority for all pets in our care is to create a safe and stress-free environment for them to feel relaxed and enjoy their time with us. When pets are left here for an extended period of time and our holding spaces fill up, pets get stressed and feel overwhelmed. When pets get stressed, they require extra water to drink in order to stay hydrated, which unfortunately leads to potty accidents while waiting to go home. When this happens, our staff has to stop the grooming process with other pets in our care so they can walk and clean your pet again. This extends groom times for other pets, causing stress and resulting in a domino effect among the pets in our care.

We ask that all owners pick up their pets within one hour of being notified that their pet is ready to go home. If you have to leave your pet for more than an hour past their ready time, we ask that you schedule day care with our resort so they may provide proper care for your pet. Pets left more than one hour past the time our staff calls to notify you that your pet is ready may be charged a housing fee of $10 per additional hour.
